- Organisers are responsible for their events. Event tickets are sold on behalf of the organiser under the refund policy shown on the event.
- Booking and resale fees are shown before payment and are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
- Resale sellers must own the tickets they list and deliver them promptly. Sellers are paid after the event; payouts can be withheld while a claim is open.
- The buyer guarantee refunds resale buyers when tickets are not delivered, invalid or materially different from the listing.
- Organiser plans renew until cancelled. Accounts used for fraud or abuse may be suspended.
